Interesting find, Oleh. A lot of the conclusions in the ESPN article are similar to our conclusions. I LOL'ed at this part: "at times emits a too-cool-for-school vibe that the Mavs want him to drop". It's official; Roddy is quickly becoming one of my favorite young guys in the League.

John-o: I wouldn't say I am picking Beaubois over Toney Douglas. I am only saying that Roddy deserves to be on every serious fantasy manager's watch list. As far as Douglas, I have not personally seen him play in the NBA yet so I am not comfortable recommending him. I will definitely watch him closely when I get the opportunity to see him play and if Douglas truly does have the knack for running an offense already he should carve out a solid role backing up Duhon.

Rizzo: Thanks for the comment! Definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Great article and Beaubois is definitely someone I have been keeping my eye on. He's got insane athletic ability and a great deal of skill to make for a very intriguing player. If Jason Kidd is on the move, Roddy will be a player to keep an eye on.

Just curious, but why would you pick Rodrigue over Toney Douglas? If it's steals you want - Toney will deliver that. Watching the Preseason games, it's clear both are lightning quick on the floor, and Toney already has a knack for running an offense.

Although I definitely agree that Kidd has more to offer as a mentor compared to Duhon and NRob; but Rodrigue is in the DLeague you won't be spending time with Kidd anyway; while Douglas is going to get NBA training at both guard positions under one of the best offensive coaches in the game.
